Our Impact
Prince’s Trust International is delighted to present our first ever Impact Report covering the period from April 2020 to March 2021.
During one of the most difficult and turbulent periods in living memory, the hard work, support and dedication of our teams, partners and donors around the world enabled us to increase our delivery by 95%, supporting 10,631 young people across 13 countries.
The report highlights how, together with our partners, we transformed our work in response to the COVID-19 pandemic with 79% of our delivery taking place online. Despite the impact on job markets around the world, 68% of young people on our employability programmes went into work, further education or training. Two-thirds of the young people we supported identified as female.
The challenges that young people were already facing in relation to education and employment have been compounded by the pandemic. In response, our determination has only increased. We remain committed to our mission of empowering young people to learn, earn and thrive and to contribute to the delivery of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. We will continue to amplify youth voices to global decision makers as we collaborate to meet these goals.
