Freelance Marketing Manager

PROJECT BRIEF

This role will provide support for a number of exciting projects that will help to further cement Prince’s Trust International’s brand.

You will work with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop Prince’s Trust International’s brand assets. This will include developing and implementing revised brand guidelines, producing collateral for digital channels, fundraising and regional teams, as well as impact and research reports. You will work with external suppliers, as well as internal teams.

You will also be required to support on marketing assets for upcoming events and initiatives, working to develop creative, high-quality materials to support project objectives.

The role requires an experienced professional adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines who is a first-class creative strategist and editorial steward. Previous experience working with an international organisation of this nature is beneficial, as well as an understanding of the landscape facing young people around the world.

AIMS

Project duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension).

Full-time and part-time availability considered.

Working with the Head of Marketing and Communications and external design agencies:

1. Oversee the further development of Prince’s Trust International’s core brand image, developing new assets to expand the organisations brand collateral.

2. Deliver new brand guidelines for Prince’s Trust International and our global partners.

3. Develop a series of templated marketing resources for regional delivery teams.

4. Support the fundraising team to develop a suite of creative resources that will serve donor-relations, key moments, and events.

5. Deliver creative for 2 x key reports, working with external suppliers to deliver engaging collateral, building on the wider marketing and communications strategy.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

➔ Highly skilled at developing and implementing brand creative, marketing materials and stewarding brand usage.

➔ Outstanding copywriting and creative skills, with significant experience in brand management.

➔ Experienced at delivering quality marketing projects and collateral for high-profile brands.

➔ Highly organised, with experience of managing multiple deadlines and projects, as well as internal and external stakeholders.

➔ Demonstrable project management skills and the ability to consensus build with a one team approach to project delivery.

➔ Working knowledge of the issues facing young people globally, as well as working knowledge and experience of a range of cultures.
