Terms and Conditions for Caribbean Hub: Training and Networking Events

We reserve the right to make any reasonable variations to the session(s), including its content and location, without notice; and the right to cancel, curtail or re-schedule this, in which case we shall use all reasonable endeavours to notify you and re-arrange this.

The contents of the training session(s) and any supporting materials are subject to the copyright of Prince’s Trust International and/or The Prince’s Trust and any copying, reproduction, modification, public distribution or display of this content, in part or in whole, is only permitted with our prior written consent.  However, subject to this, we hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, store, reproduce, transmit and display any supporting training materials within your organisation on condition that these are used only within your organisation and for your organisation’s own business purposes. In sharing the training materials with colleagues within your organisation, you are responsible for informing them that these terms and conditions (including the licence terms and exclusions of liability) apply, insofar as relevant, also to them and any other party receiving a copy of these.

We want to provide a safe and supportive environment for all attendees. To help us do that you must follow the rules and standards of behaviour set out below:

  • Only to use English when participating in sessions and discussion forums (including online chat).
  • Only to use any online platform for the purpose intended – i.e. to participate in the training session(s).
  • Not to provide the link to any training session or any other log-in information to anyone not registered to attend, or to allow others to attend any session, unless this has been agreed with us beforehand.
  • To be kind and treat others with respect and dignity.
  • Not to use bad or offensive language or to post any content of a sexual, discriminatory or otherwise offensive or inappropriate nature.

Failure to follow these rules and standards or otherwise behaving in an inappropriate way could result in us terminating your access.

The purpose of the training session(s) and any supporting materials is to offer participants general information on the given subjects. We hope this will assist you and your organisation. However, the information provided is not intended to serve as professional advice relevant to particular circumstances, including particular jurisdictions. You and your organisation therefore will need to interpret the general information provided and adapt any recommendations as required to suit the local context and other circumstances in which you operate.

Although we try to ensure that all content is accurate and relevant to participants, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, with regard to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of such information. Where required, participants should therefore seek appropriate legal, regulatory or other professional advice relevant to their particular circumstances and jurisdiction rather than rely on any information provided during or in connection with the training.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for any loss which may arise from reliance on information provided. We also exclude any liability howsoever caused, including but not limited to any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data arising out of your participation except for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by us or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

This agreement between us and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including any non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by English law; and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the same.

Please bear with us while we update our website. We appreciate your patience as we transition to The King’s Trust International.
