Get Into Programme
Would you like to get your foot in the door of a particular industry? Have the chance to show employers what you are capable of?
Get Into is a 3-6-week pre-employment programme for young people that develops confidence, communication, and employability skills and provides industry specific training and work placements. Previous Get Into programmes have been run in Hospitality, Logistics, and Retail sectors. Many participants are offered a job by the employers at the end of the programme.
The Get Hired Programme
Do you need the chance to meet employers, find out about roles, and interview for jobs?
Our 2 day Get Hired programmes give young people bring together employers who need hard working and motivated new employees, and young people who need jobs together. You will get a chance to find out about roles, talk to employers, and get considered for jobs through guaranteed interview schemes. You will also be supported to build your confidence and practice your interview skills. A great way to get the inside knowledge and make connections before an interview with employers. For young people aged 16 – 30.
