We have been working in Barbados since 2016 with local partners to deliver education, employability and enterprise programmes to the young people on the island.
We were founded by His Majesty The King to tackle the global crisis of youth unemployment and have been supporting young people worldwide since 2015.
We work with local partners to develop programmes and interventions to help young people to build their own futures.
We are committed to amplifying the voices of young people on the global stage and putting their needs at the very heart of the design and delivery of our work. This complements global efforts to deliver the Sustainable Development Goals.

Our Heritage: The Prince's Trust
In the UK, The Prince’s Trust has worked with over 950,000 young people since 1976.
Established by our founder, is Majesty The King, during an earlier time of huge economic uncertainty, The Prince’s Trust was built upon the commitment that every young person should have the chance to succeed.
Today, The Prince’s Trust is the UK’s leading youth charity, helping young people aged between 11 and 30 who are struggling at school, unemployed, dealing with mental health problems or at risk of exclusion. The Prince’s Trust provides opportunities for young people to re-engage with education, start careers and launch their own businesses.
